Whimsical and at times almost childlike, Theo seems to often wander aimlessly. His personality is friendly, and witty, and his eyes seem to miss no details even though his attention can change from one thing to the next at the drop of a dime. He's new in town and hasn't been seen much, yet, but he's easy to meet through his almost constant explorations. He speaks softly and often in an almost sing-song kind of voice, a hint of a mischievous smile on his lips. He often shows up in random places, and tends to disappear just as randomly.
